[edit] CLUES

  1. Our search begins in the land of the free, go back in time from EST.
    Central Time Zone
  2. Drive all you want, search by car, if you need a passport you've gone too far.
    Mexican Border
  3. In your search for the coin, you'll get the most if you head in the direction of America's third coast.
    Gulf of Mexico
  4. Whether proud and heroic or troubled with tears, she's flown six national flags during the course of her years.
    Texas
  5. Don't beg for a clue, we'll save you a trip, when searching the state loosen your grip.
  6. The climate's warm, but your search will freeze, if you don't keep it above 32 degrees.
    above 32 degrees Latitude
  7. The southern-most border of your search should be where Charles Alderton mixed flavors 23.
    Waco,TX
  8. Smile! This clue is perfectly clear: Stay to the east of the friendly frontier.
Amarillo,TX It is actually Abilene that is called the friendly frontier
  9. A place where forests thick as iron once grew, that is the crux of this latest clue.
A man made lake as it turns out This is actually referring to cross timbers, originally called the cast iron forest
  10. This clue gets you closer, but it's not revelation. Look in an autogenous area of diminished elevation.
A lower elevation than its' surroundings, i.e. a self sustaining body of water (man made lake).
  11. Go east from the wood through rains and hunt. Reach a rock wall and you'll be out in front.
Wood, Rains and Hunt are all counties east of Rockwall county. This clue should have said "go west" as that is the correct direction in order to hit Rockwall county last.
  12. This clue's not religious, you won't need a priest; from the arms of God make your way east.
Possibly the I-35 split Brazos de Dios means Arms of God and was the original name of the Brazos river
  13. Thirty five divided in two will help refine the search for you.
Definitely the I-35 split into 35E and 35W
  14. If the coin you would win, your search must end before the west begins.
Stay east of the line formed by highway 35W.
  15. The search for the coin is no downhill race, but you must head below this level place.
Still referring to a lake i assume.
  16. Go north of this place, which is being referred by the inclusion of this strange word: DeagleD
  17. Its name grew from nahhuatl with a delicious twist. From this place head in the direction of the great goddess of mist.
I believe this is telling you to go west of Mesquite.
  18. 635 from 10 to 4, with 20 add up to 15 minutes more. An inner circle is revealed to you if you figure out this clue.
Using a watch with Dallas at the center, highway 635 begins at 10:00 in Irving, then rounds the clock all the way until 4:00 on a watch face. It merges with highway 20 for a span of about 15 minutes more.
  19. You'll be one step closer when you say about this clue again and again: XII.
Loop 12 is another highway that is inside of the 635 crescent. Loop 12 borders White Rock Lake.
  20. It's wrongly named so don't be wrong, stay between the third and extra prong.
Beltline road is wrongly named because it's not a line at all. The third and extra prong is a very defined area that limits the search easily to White Rock Lake.Actually, I think this refers to the Trinity river as trinity implies three forks but there are actually 4
  21. Follow this clue to the letter, and you'll know what to do. When you land on the answer, go to the east 4.1.12.
4.1.12 translates alphabetically to DAL, Dallas Love Field airport.
  22. You're getting closer, don't lose your head; address this clue and head northward instead.
I think this is referring to sleepy hollow country club on the southeast side of Dallas.
  23. It's said the truth shall set you free, but east of it is where the coin will be.
Cited in text located on the internet as being written somewhere inside the Conspiracy Museum in downtown Dallas. Was said by so many people, hard to precisely know to where this refers. Almost certain this refers to SMU as their motto is "the truth shall set you free"
  24. Keep going now, there's no time to stop, go directly south of Legal Hill Fop.
Legal Hill Fop = Flag Pole Hill (the northernmost tip of White Rock Lake
  25. Though long ago it outlawed motors, this place remains a frequent haunt for boaters.
    White Rock Lake
  26. You must go south of this place where foot traffic doubles with many visitors there.
Dog Park at White Rock Lake
  27. To find the coin, follow the trail, south from where the ancient Greeks sail.
    Corinthian Sailing Club
  28. If you're stuck, this clue will rouse, the coin is nearby a beautiful house.
Casa Linda = Beautiful House. Casa Linda is a shopping center just east of the lake.
  29. Tabulate and calculate are your next clue. If you haven't ate, earn an 'a' and include us, then you'll know what to do.
Tabulate and calculate minus the ate is Tabul and Calcul. Add an 'a' and include us gives you Tabula and Calculus. Tabula is a game board, and calculus is the Latin word for "pebble." At this point I began looking for an aggregate/pebble stone table near the trail that had a game board built into it. There were two tables that fit this description in an area alongside the trail. There is a place by the Casa Linda Plaza in the park referred to as the "stone tables". There were quite a few people in this spot looking for the coin. The rumor passed around is that the coin was found by the Arboretum under the fence line next to the Trammell Crow visitors center. If that is true, how does thihs clue relate to that location?
  30. Amble and ramble make like a rover; look under this thing you'd normally go over.
