Paul Addison is missing. Some believe Paul was last seen rowing his boat out onto Loch Ness. Some think Paul was last seen around Charlie Wallace's Nessie souvenir shack. No one quite has his story straight but all agree that young Paul Addison had an unhealthy - and dangerous - obsession with Loch Ness.

Stolen Archive file 49: A note from Paul Addison found just after his disappearance
If you find this note, it means something's happened to me. Something bad. I've been investigating the Loch Ness monster. I think the monster is a fake. I think it's a cover-up for something. I think Charlie Wallace at the Nessie Shack is behind all of it and no one believes me!!! And if I've disappeared, he's probably behind that, too. Send the police. I hope you won't be too late.
